Be Strong to Be Useful Camp

This camp will explore the origins of parkour - being ready for an emergency situation at any time. Students will work on efficient movements to overcome dire situations like escaping a burning building (we will not be setting anything on fire, obviously). We will have a ton of fun crafting and completing crazy challenges with the students!

Parkour Pros Camp

This week, students will be exploring the ins and outs of different events in competitive parkour. Students will be working through speed courses, going up against technical parkour challenges, creating their own style runs, and more! Students will learn how to apply the techniques and skills they have learned in all new ways. With coaches that have competed at some of the biggest competitions in the sport today, we will be giving an experience that is authentic to competing just like a pro athlete!

Community Challenge #1: Speed Course

The first of our monthly Community Challenge series is this Sunday, June 2!
This is a free event for anyone to try their hand at & get to hang out with the local parkour community.
This month, we will have a speed course set up for everyone to test their parkour skills against it to try to get the top time. The best times will get some cool prizes! The event is entirely free.

Open to all ages! Parents, you can also hit brunch at Draughtworks at the same time!

Winter Camp 2019

CAMP RUNS FROM 9:00AM - 12:00PM EACH DAY WITH OPEN GYM OPTIONS AFTER.

Get all three days of camp for just $90.

Three days of camp + 3 open gym day passes: $125

Day Camp single day: $35

Each day of camp will include movement challenges, parkour technique instruction, games, and more!

Students will want to bring snacks, a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothes, and rubber-soled tennis shoes.

Summer Camp - Week 7

Each camp runs Monday-Friday, with full day camp running from 9:00am-3:00pm. Half Day Morning camps run 9am-12pm and Half Day Afternoon camps runs 12-3pm.

Each week of camp is open to all skill levels and the students will be broken up into similarly skilled groups to maximize efficiency in learning. All camps will work on both parkour and freerunning aspects of training.

We will be taking students to some of our favorite parkour spots within walking distance of the gym, including Little McCormick Park & Westside Park.

Students will need to bring snacks, lunch (if participating in full day camp), a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothes, and rubber-soled tennis shoes.
