Skill building, games, open gym, and more!

Camp runs 9am - 12pm. Need more time? Day pass for open gym is $15.

Summer Camp - Week 7

Each camp runs Monday-Friday, with full day camp running from 9:00am-3:00pm. Half Day Morning camps run 9am-12pm and Half Day Afternoon camps runs 12-3pm.

Each week of camp is open to all skill levels and the students will be broken up into similarly skilled groups to maximize efficiency in learning. All camps will work on both parkour and freerunning aspects of training.

We will be taking students to some of our favorite parkour spots within walking distance of the gym, including Little McCormick Park & Westside Park.

Students will need to bring snacks, lunch (if participating in full day camp), a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothes, and rubber-soled tennis shoes.

Max Henry - Lifelong Training

Building strong training habits is vital for parkour practitioners looking to improve. In this clinic, Max will cover power, endurance, coordination, and confidence drills designed to help athletes of all levels develop more effective long-term training habits. These drills will cover a variety of movements and exercises, including basic parkour, track & field, and ball drills, so participants should be prepared for a fun, tiring training experience!

The workshop is $30, or all three workshops for $75.
